Frank, I am glad someone can read things without putting a ugly spin on them. I don't recall Andre ever saying he was selling Harland Sharps products nor that he had them on the shelf. He only stated the they were available from Harland now. He also said they were one complete shaft. Both of which, according to Randy Sr. himself, are not correct. I was just making that clarification so people were informed correctly. It was not intending to snipe anyone. I like Andre and even promoted buying parts from him by name in my e-mail. I have not ever screwed anyone on any dealings and typically go further than I have to when someone has a problem. The people who have dealt with me know this. Maybe something in my post could have been worded better. I have been working a lot of hours so sometimes have to rush through my posts. If I offended anyone, I apologize. As for the rockers, mine are for anything from a stock to full out race engine but will be priced like the cheaper sets out there. This was my goal the whole time as I stated weeks ago. To offer a best in class part for a middle of the road price. The point was, if you can buy Crane Gold rockers for the same price of Crane Energizers, which would you buy? If you can buy them from an AMC guy or a all make guy, which will one will be there for you? This was also not meant to cut down Harland Sharp. They make a great part that has it's place in the market. Clarification/correction psosts shouldn't be taken that way -- they are just more or corrective info -- we all make mistakes or jump to the wrong conclusions sometimes. Let's not get hung up over little things! You have to remember that things like tone of voice and facial/body expressions aren't in an e-mail. Those things convey more meaning in a conversation than we often realize! There is more than one way to skin a cat, or make rockers. Just listen to the facts, and see what part works best for you. Sounds to me like the HS rockers Andre will be selling are more for street/mid level racing, whereas the ones Nick are making are really heavy duty race only parts. Not that the race parts couldn't be used on a street engine, just that it would be overkill and money spent that could be used elsewhere -- depending on how pricing between the two parts compare.
