It seems I have barked up the wrong tree on this one. I got under the car last night to scope things out and it appears it is the pump dripping down onto the box. It is doing a nice job of being discreet about it. I think it may be the seam on the plastic reservoir. I'm not sure though. Of course, I don't have another reservoir. I need to clean it off and watch it closely to tell if it is actually the reservoir or the pump itself. I'm glad it's not the box, I like the way it works and don't want to spend the money on a new box right now. I will most likely get the radiator out this evening and see if I can get it soldered around the lower hose nipple. Then watch the pump to see what is actually going on.
