Andre, I hadn't said anything yet because I am working on getting a bushing that will allow us to float either a .930 or a 1.00 pin using the same bushing. The small end should have been rough size about .998. There seems to be enough material in the small end to fit a bushing big enough for a 1" pin. That way we can float the Ross pistons that already have a 1" pressed or floating pin option. I haven't confirmed all this yet as we are making sure it will work. This will hopefully be an easy fix. It is always something isn't it. The new 401 rods are being pulled from sale. The small end it too big!. I had done some checking, and had my machine shop fix the big end which was too small. My machinist ask for a pin as he thought there was a problem there. YES there is, its too big. So if any of you have bought these, you will not be able to use them out of the box. Also I still have not been able to post my original post on these rods, sent before Nick posted info on them. There is info about the new ( not Scat) 360 rods in that e-mail too. Andre " A.J."
