Those front axles ('80 up) would be a nice upgrade for XJs or MJs, and even AMC Eagles (Rear axle is a M20 or D44 and the 727 is an excellent upgrade for the 998!) From: service at jpalton.com Subject: Re: SoCal FSJ / '84 GW, 401 RIP I think you ran into the same problem I am running into right now. You have good stuff, but happen to be catching people at a bad time, or you are in a bad location (if you are in CA, I can't believe the location is your problem). I hear how hard certain parts are to find, but I have some of them that I just can't get people to come get. It seems that either people want me to spend many hours to remove parts for free, or they don't want to drive 3 hours to pick up dirt cheap parts. I know location is my main problem, living in very northern New Hampshire. A partial list of what I still have that I can't get rid of: two 360 motors, still in rolling '88 Grand Wagoneers both with front and rear Dana 44s. Complete '73 J-300 with rear Dana 60, front 44, 4.88 gears, T-18, 360, and Dana 20. It has a Rhino grill (had been painted black at some point, but is in very good condition otherwise...all other front lights and trim is also there). Several T-18 transmissions, some Jeep, some Scout. '93 Jeep 4.0 built into a Stroker motor. Excellent low mileage block which didn't need machining. Built with an Accurate Power kit with forged pistons. This is just the short block...I do have a head to go with it if you want it. Engine is blue, and comes with many blue and red accessories. It includes Mustang injectors and many other parts. Make an offer. '95 Grand Cherokee 318, complete except 4 of the injectors and the throttle body are missing. It ran well when removed from a wrecked Jeep. Intake and accessories are still on it. Complete, rust-free '95 4x2 Ranger. V-6, 5-speed, overall good body, interior, and motor...but it needs clutch and maybe transmission work. This is for parts, since I'm at the legal limit for the number of complete vehicles I can sell in a year. No paperwork will come with it. I'll pull parts off if someone wants something. X-cab, short bed. '95 Honda ST1100 street bike. This is a sport/touring bike with hard side bags, a brand new Givi top box, and super smooth V-4 engine. It needs paint and plastic reassembled. Make an offer, its due to be scrapped tomorrow since I haven't had any takers yet. I have over $2000 in parts into it after a wreck it was in, and I rode it on a 2000+ mile road trip after it was repaired. It just needed paint. '03 Yamaha RX-1 snowmobile. Reverse, 4-stroke 1000cc engine. Super powerful, fast, and comfortable. Ultra reliable! Make an offer. '95 Arctic Cat Cougar 550 snowmobile. Very clean and reliable. My wife's sled. Make an offer. We are selling our shop and we now have an apartment, so everything goes!!! We just don't have room, and are running out of time. Jim
