Andre, I agree with you on the door tag, the original should be put on if you replaced the door. One of my kids just bought a 67 Rogue race car and the door tag helped us identify the original color of the car, etc. But guess what, the VIN tag was missing under the hood. We checked with the storage place that he got the car from and they had emptied things out of the trunk and included was the VIN tag, which they gave him back. Why the original owner took it off I don't know.
