Wiring for 4.0 info needed BAD

Ok I've managed to get a 1995 service manual from a jeep dealer, my
engine is a 1994 but I'm told the positions are the same if not the
colors. So here is what I need: What circuits does this engine actually
need hooked up to run? I'm referring to the big square connector on the
firewall, one piece on the car side two pieces on the engine side with a
10mm bolt through the middle.

The Hesco harness only has 3 or 4 wires attaching to the car but of
course they don't want to chat they want me to buy. Who can tell me
which circuits actually matter?

The pin out from the connectors run from a1 to h6 comprising 45 total
wires, out of these I can cross reference the actual circuit, the pin
out unfortunately doesn't list the functions just circuit numbers. I'm
hooking this to a 1971 javelin so I don't have many wires coming towards
these connectors.

The shifter mount hump will intrude I have no doubt, anything else will
first be addressed with a BFH, I took a Spirit firewall back 3 inches
with one once for clearance so I'm not too worried, might not be able to
lift my arm for a few days but I'll make it fit.

I've looked at soem pictures on Ebay of AX-15s and they look fairly tall
above the centerline. My T-5 is within a breathing distance of the
floorboards. The shifter mount palte is actually even wiht the inside
floor of the American. I don't know about the Javelin tunnel
differences, but think the AX15 is going to be a real close fit. I'm
curious to hear how it does fit though. It will be good info to have for
future reference. I'm sur eothers will be trying this swap from time to
time.
