Yes, the clock circuit will work for your radio. That is what I am using for mine. I agree with Mark, it is more likely your clock is bad than there being a problem with the fuse block. Since I also have a clock in the Javelin, I got some spade terminals and some wire and crimped together a "Y" cable so I could connect both the clock and the radio battery backup to the one fuse block terminal. If you don't mind butchering the wire harness, you could also solder the clock and radio leads together and use one spade terminal. It is most likely the clock itself that is bad. I'd use the Clock circuit. If you don't have a test light or voltage meter you should get one.
