Re: Carburetor Dashpot

Function of the dashpot is explained here.

As a somewhat related topic, I replaced the choke
pull-off mechanism on the Iron Duke (80 Spirit) this
weekend. NAPA wanted $33 for the part, but I found
one on a Chevy Citation in a local junkyard for $6.
The cold start on the car is worlds better now.
