AHa! A local friend recently had the same problem; I took these
photos of my hornet installation for him. Hope they help. The
first one's not so useful; the others have red arrows pointing at
the wedge and spring.

They're actually quite simple; the caliper sits (via gravity) on
the bracket, then you tap in the wedge thingie at the top, and the
setscrew keeps it from sliding out. There's a leaf spring (flat
bar, arced) that fits between the wedge and the bracket, that
keeps it from rattling around. It goes in easy (right) or hard
(wrong) :-)

I bought new wedges from NAPA. Came with the arc springs.
