Hello all, I have a 1975 2dr hornet . 258 auto with air tilt and cruise. I replaced the cracked exhaust manifold yesterday. After starting the car and checking for leaks I go to turn the car off. Now as I turn the key off the engine shuts down. fine. If I turn the key slowly. just before the key shuts the engine off and I hold it in that position the engine increases RPM'S. if I move the key forward the rpms return to normal. I could possibly live with this. At present I have a 1980 Tilt column installed in the car from a concord. NEXT problem is with no acessarys on just the engine running. If I remove the positive battery terminal the engine increases rpms signifcantly. (400-500) RPM approx. If I have the lights on and remove the positive battery post the rpms increase a little bit. 50 RPM maybe. When I swapped the exhaust intake I did replace the cruise control Rubber Bellow as the old one had a leak. It was 11.00PM last night when I Finished. Any quick clues before I dig in . Thanks Bryan
