The American is my HOBBY. Not my lets see how much money I can throw at this car project. I try to keep prices sane and do things myself. Sure I could run out and by the 3650 and a centrifical supercharger. Then I would need a rear axle. Oh, then a good blwproof bellhousing, wait a driveshaft loop, Oh by the way, Lets get the newest Exhaust Diffusing, Plasma unit. 
  You get the idea.
Call it Rambler mentality if you will, It is my car.
I'm doing it my way :]
