These are the teeth the synchro gear engage. Part of the gear itself. If I had it to do over again I would have just bought new. They are available and not real pricey. $40-$60 a piece depending on what gear you are looking at. I emailed the second seller and he asures me that this won't be a problem with the second set. He sadi the only reason he is selling this stuff off is noone wants the non world class trannys rebuilt anymore. He said last one he went ahead and put together he lost money on. So the few he has that need repaired he is parting out to get rid of them and will only deal in World Class stuff in the future. He said he personally doesn't see a whole lot of difference in the life expectancy of early world class and non world class. It's just a whole image thing. The early non world class and non world class all have the same torque rating. I've got my fingers crossed.
