the advance catalog is wrong then!  it shows all trannies from the
t176 to the ax15 as having 0.590" pilots.

if the toyota is also 0.590", then there should be some stock bushing
that would work.

i do know that later [at least] ax15s are 0.750".  i was under the
impression they changed in the mid '90s.
