I'd look for the smaller 2004R John. The 700 is a bit on the heavy side and will eat up more power just to get/keep spinning. Finding a 2WD Jeep anywhere in snow country is near impossible! A USAF friend from PA transferred to GA while I was there. He was surprised when I told him the XJ I had at the time was 2WD. He thought that Jeeps only came as 4WD! If you know anyone around Atlanta there are pick-n-pull yards there that have 2WD Jeeps all the time. Maybe you could have one shipped up?
