Yes but you must tap the bolt holes in the block for 1/2 size bolts as the 343's used 7/16 size.Buut those 76 heads are crap anyway as thier thr bridged rocker style and aren't good performance wise so you may as well rebuild the higher CC 343 heads you already have or if you don't have any heads,i'd looks for anything before 1974 as again the bridged rocker assem. sucks for using a set of aftermarket roller rockers ect.
