 Stick your hand with a wad of grease through an  acess hole  and apply the grease to the visable part of the big gear and also to the small track and roller. Cycle the window up and down a few times nd repeat. Also spray some graphite lock lube into the area around the shaft that the roller handle attaches to. Next spray a good amount of siicone spary in the "U" window track. If the gears are just in need of a lube all this should help. If they are shot drill out the rivets and replace the regulator. Been there done that.
