::nod:: The 440 and 440H were both available in '64; the 440 was 
available at a hardtop, and the 440H was only a hardtop.

Did you get the VIN off that '64?  It wasn't, by chance gold, with a 
black interior? VIN B669927?  That was the info from my former Rambler 
('64 440H), which vanished in Concord, CA many moons ago.
