The easiest way to connect the dash switch directly to the t-case or axle shift motor is to pull all the original stuff out and start over. All you then need is a source of vacuum to the switch then run from the switch to the motor. I've never done it using the original switch. I helped a fellow get his Eagle working again by substituting a simple valve under the dash. Should be able to do the same using the original switch though. I'd take the switch out and play with it to find out which ports to use. If the original tubing is all good you can trace it easy enough with an air compressor and blow gun, but if it's old I'd pull and replace it all.
