Hi Russ;

As I mentioned I've been going to the Portland meet since '77.  I 
really enjoyed it when PIR was first used but when the meet was 
downsized I stopped going for a few years.  I last was there in '02. 
I'm pleased to see that it is back to the big event again.  This is 
going to be a challenge for my feet.
