Crown Cam Gears, and Lakewood Bellhousings

Hi .. I got a phone call from Randy G. today, and he asked me to post the 
following info to update you all...


1.. he said he got a call from Crown today, and not to use any cam gears 
they have sent in the last 6 months, as they were not heat treated right and 
will self destruct...  and
2.. he opened up his 2 lakewood new bellhousings..
i think he said they are 580.00 us dollars each, or will retail for that 
anyway, and that they do not have a SFI sticker on them anywhere, and also 
they only fit the chevy stlye trans, etc. Muncie,GM borg warner t-10, and i 
think he said TKO...
He spoke with lakewood this afternoon. Lakewood told him that they are 
currently waiting on NHRA to SFI aprove them... and if you want yours SFI 
aproved, you must Wait and send the bellhousing back to them **Unused**....
