Here are two sites I find helpful:

Tire Size Chart:  http://pages.cthome.net/earlycuda/tire.html

Tire Plus Sizing:  http://www.eunos.com/tirecalc/

Using these charts it looks like the D70-14  should be a P205 x 70 x 14
Coverting to a 15"  looks like    205 x 60 x 15.

I have used these charts many times and have them bookmarked.  I cannnot tell you if the Stock Spirit chassis can handle them.
