List Changes, my support

 I 'll throw my support behind Frank as the leader of the "moderator group". Since leaving this list due to "others" that are no longer here, I have found the "moderator arrangement" works very well on other lists.
 By the way, if I had to personally pick the leader, it would still be Frank. Between you me and the fence post, he's one of the most level headed people on this list. He's put up with and disputed (rationally) more crap than I would have ever taken. He publishes a AMC rag (which I will now be resubscribing to) and supports the hobby to a fever pitch. Can't think of a better guy, although I hope he isn't getting in over his head (too much on the ol plate). I would hate to see him get burnt out.
