Re: Another voice has been silenced

My only concern is for the well-being of the hobby as a whole and the list in general. No, I was not instrumental in getting Randy banned from the list -- he was. I did voice my concerns about the damage he was doing by being allowed to remain on the list. If my voice were the only one, he'd likely still be here. I may have been mistaken about when he came over to the list, time is often altered by memory. The tone of my posts has much to do with my frustrations about trying to get him to keep his posts to an acceptable level of civility (not to me, per se, but to the general list population), and the fact that my patience has run out. I wouldn't voice anything if not for many people e-mailing me and telling me they are leaving the list, or asking questions and stating they are afraid to post on the list.

Since this has nothing to do with AMCs, I won't post more on this subject. I only replied because it is more or less lit business. I just want to see a better list is all. Please direct any further discussion to my personal e-mail unles it's of a general list nature. If you're addressing me personally and not the general population that's where it logically should be.
