First of all, let me apologize for jumping to conclusions. If a picture is worth a thousand words, there is alot to learn from this. For one, I need to do more in-depth research on the product in question. Due to the plethora of information and reviews of numerous products available online as well as the manufacturer, many consumers do not take the time to do research. In this case when I saw a picture of the product, or what I was led to beleive was indeed a picture of the stripe kit, I immediately noticed several details that were incorrect. This led me to beleive the vendor had a bad product. This is a classic case of false advertising. The only difference is that the vendor is suffering by losing potential customers who think their product is incorrect. The only positive I see coming out of this is posibility that Pheonix will post a correct picture of their stripe kit, or at least remove the false link from their website. Posting an accurate picture will avoid any confusion in the future and quite possibly, even probably, increase the vendor's sales. Again I apologize to the vendor and anyone who may have been upset with my accusations. I wish the best for your business and hope to purchase a stripe kit from Phoenix in the near future.
