Thanks to everyone who responded. It seems most of my questions were answered, except for one thing...those valve covers. Hard to describe them without a picture, they have stems that rise a good 5" above the heads with a 3-point star at the end of each. I've only seen these covers once before, on a '70 Donohue Javelin. With the exception that someone raised about someone possibly switching the 4 piston calipers back to drum and eventually to a conventional disc setup, I think somone at some point tried to make a go-pak or SST clone by adding options from NOS that were not factory spec. So what are these valve covers and where did they come from? I'll have some pictures on my site this weekend.
