George Wisemann's book "Super Gas Saver > Secrets" says to use NO MORE THAN ONE MOTH BALL PER 5 GALLONS OF GAS. Knowing the quality of gas is not consistant and even gas stations sell lower octane out of the premium pump before trying any Voodo/Black Magic time your engine properly. Factory spec's may not work on the crap gas of today. Time it on a hill under load and advance or retard the timeing till it stops pinging. Simple is sometimes the best way.
