Body is of course the same. Main difference will be chrome trim (little or none on the 550) and quality of upholstery. 550s usually had a rubber mat instead of carpet, vinyls seats, plainer single color vinyl door panels, small "dog dish" hubcaps, and few (if any) options. They also had the smaller engines -- the 66 550 was the only Classic you could get the 199 in, 232 was optional.
