Gremlin/Hornet dash part needed

I need to find a pushbutton switch and the dash bezel for a Gremlin/Hornet rear window defroster. These cars could have the blower type defogger, but this one is for the heated-grid type glass. This has to be for the 74-77 models, 78-newer won't work.

Anyone have one of these creatures?
