This was on an American, right (probably doesn't matter, but...)? I can tell you it will not work. The rear wagon headliner doesn't have a curve for the windshield just like the front section doesn't have a curve for the rear window. I'm also pretty sure that the curve for the rear window is completely different on a sedan/hardtop than a wagon and to top it all off, the rear section's shorter than the front.
