Re: front end clearence



My Cousin's husband took an old tube straight axle out of an old circle track car and put under his early 60's Valiant with a 440 in it. It was a light duty tube of who nows where origin and every time he would pull a hole shot the car would lift the front wheels, when it came back down to earth the axle would bend!
Bummer! AMC content, don't put a light duty tube axle under the front of your 401 Ambassador!
