A: I used '83 Eagle wagon rotors on my '86 Comanche (which had an '87 4 cyl front axle) I think the floating rotor design is far simpler and easier to use. I almost used some spares on the last Rambler wagon I had, but I didn't have time to make brackets, so I fixed the original drum/drum setup instead (had a parts car given to me so it was easier at the time) From: KSiroonian@xxxxxxx Subject: Re: More on Disk swap on 72 Gremlin To: mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx Message-ID: <ADVANCES62ix4A2DreB00001736@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> according to my amc parts books, for 01/40/60- not eagle 30 series: Calpers for 79/80 4 and 6 are the same.( L and r are differnet of course) 79 and 80 4 cylidner rotors are the same part number. $140 bucks in 1987 79 and 80 6 cyl rotors are the same part number. $120 in 1987.(different from 4 cyl. 79 4cyl pads are one number. 80 4cyl is another. 79 6 cyl, except amx is another part number, and it subs up to 80 pacer 60 series. 79 amx is another number, and subs up to the # for 80 6 cyl for 01/40/30. 80 pacer 60 is different than 80 01/40/30.
