John,

It never hurts to ask the list (and I would do the
same thing myself) but you can probaby get these clips
from one of the auto restoration hardware places like
Mr. G's (do a google search).  I also get such
hardware from a local body shop supplier. It helps to
take a sample of the old hardware with you.
