The Hollander book says that the Matador 2-door and sedan/wagon hood hinges WON'T interchange. Strangely enough, it also says the 74 Ambassador hood hinges are different from the Matador hinges. But, that can't be true--the 74 Ambo/Matador shared the same front structure. There's always the possibility the book is wrong, especially where an AMC is concerned. I was speculating about the 69-73 hinges, but I had the suspicion that they were different. Thanks for the clarification.
