OK, the answers are in, I'll just wait a few days, here in Minnesota the outdoor temp will drop to 20 below zero and I can heat it gently with a propane torch and stand on top of a ladder and "drop it on"! LOL! Yeah Mark you wouldn't believe how bad the old one is torn up. It is so bad that even the other side of the teeth look like they would only last a week or two and I'd be pulling it and putting a new one on anyway. Thanks for the encouragement everyone. Armand
