Re: CLUTCH CHATTERING STILL!!

I had a problem with a clutch before that was driving me nuts. Turns out I had an engine leak at the back of the engine that was allowing oil to get onto the clutch plates?

Does anyone have any definitive answers why my clutch still chatters so
much?
I have now, for the third time replaced the disk. So right now I have a RAM
clutch with a very mild street disk. The flywheel has been resurfaced twice,
The bell housing is true to within .05 thousandths. The pilot bearing is
fine. The trany bearings are fine.
Now I suppose I am going to change the camshaft out. I am suspecting that
because it is ridiculously too tall that I am not getting the
power/torque/strength to take off off -idle where it wants to stumble. So I
rev it to maybe 2000, and I do know that clutches don't like to be slipped.
Could the few times I have driven it damaged the flywheel again?
Am I right in my too tall a cam theory?
This is in my 70AMX with 360 T10
Thank you in advance, Gary Kirk glkirkbuilders@xxxxxxx
