{FORGED?} Stripper For Urathane Plastic 77 AMX Flairs

I have had 3-4 responces to my question about stripping the 77 Hornet AMX flairs. I stopped at the local Sherman Williams auto paint supply store and explained my problem. I know I don't spell to well but I do speak english and after explaining my problem the counter man said wash the paint off with laquer thinner. DDDDDDUUUUUUUHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAA. I asked about urathane bumper strippers like I was told that was used on new cars. The counter man then came out with a stripper made by SEM. It say's it only works on repainted bumpers and not a baked factory finsed. So I am hopefull it will work on the laquer that I think was used. I am an old disabled man and don't usually get upset anymore but when you explain somthing to another person that speaks english and gived you a stupid answer to a simple queation you want to bend your aluminum cane around their head to wake them up and hurl them foward into the 21st century. Sorry for the rant. I'll let the list know how the stripper wo!
rks. Since it is SEM I would say I have a better than 50% chance of it working. Later all I have to re- machine the profile on some billet aluminum knobs for the dash in the new Hornet.
