Got a roller cam that has the oiling hole in the wrong place, had to modify
the cam timing gear.
Also have a flat tappet that the oiling hole was slightly off.

I've been rather busy lately.
I've got a 390 at a machine shop close by.
Full rebuild in progress.
Bulltear pistons, Lunati cam, stainless full roller rockers, lots of
goodies.
Go to the cars facebook page "1970AMC Javelin SST" for photos.
Had an interesting experinece.
received the cam.
when installing cam, determined it is 2.5 thou out of wack. (used V blocks
and dial indicator)
now getting a different cam and hoping for the best.
Have any of you experienced this?
Armand
