Ross, Yes Gremlins are chick magnets. We all know that. My 76 Gremlin had a 232 from the factory and I had the block machined and bored 0.030 oversize, bought all the other new parts, but did not put it back together before I found a factory rebuilt short block in Los Angeles that I thought was a 258. I drove to LA and bought it only to find out that it was another 232 so I decided to go ahead and use it. Good to hear from you.
