Mike,You need a master cylinder from the car that the disc brakes came from. You'll need to install a pressure regulator before the rear brakes, similar to a 1970 Javelin or AMX with front disc brakes. If you do it that way, there's no need to install all that extra plumbing using the proportioning valve from the 76 hornet. I did this on the white Javelin. I got a set of Bendix disc brakes from a 75 Hornet, managed to find a new master for a hornet with disc brakes and bought a summit brake pressure regulator, and installed it before the rear axle flex brake hose.
