have you considered going more modern than that?  search the web for
'tfi tuneup'; it's based on a '78-up dist.  the only thing you might
want to do beyond tuneup is recurve the dist for your pre-smog motor.
you can unlock quite a bit of 'free' hp that way, and [flip side] gain
mileage too.
