[AMC-list] Rear Disks on a '68 Rebel SST (Convertible)

I have a chance to get a slightly used one of these kits-

These are listed for an AMC type 20 Axle (which I think was fitted to 76-86
Jeeps) but I'm guessing it might fit mine - anyone know?

Mr car's been the garage ages (a two year child is the main cause) but I'm
just trying to get it through MOT (annual inspection) and rear brakes was a
fail item - had a feeling this might help.

One other silly question - I assume the driveshafts have to come out?
