[AMC-list] 2bbl carb fpr 195.6 OHV

I got the major components of a Redline Weber WE550. 32/36 DGEV carb and the
adapter for a Carter YF. It fits perfectly, clears the valve cover by a
decent but minimal amount. Thottle rotation is correct, though offset
(higher) so it'll need a bell crank. Easy enough to fab.

The adapter didn't match the manifold or even the carb very well, but I
filed out the manifold plate nearly 1/4" diameter and did major radiusing
into the trough, and substantially smoothed the adapter. It's now a nice
clean smooth shot all the way down.

Gonna pocket port the head very minorly, just desharp edges. I've got that
sliced up head so I know where not to go (can't remove any of the valve bowl
blockages). Burs ordered. News at 11.
