According to the 67 TSM (I think the first one with resistance values,
but all 1950s-60s Nash/AMC gauges are the same) Empty is 62 ohms, Cold
is 73 ohms; and Full is 11.5 ohms, Hot is 9 ohms. The gauges are
considered "5% gauges", meaning that accuracy is +/- 5%, so the values
will be close. You should hit C before it would hit E, and hit H before
you would hit F, so you're in good shape as far as not running out of gas!

Joe,
Actually you may have stumbled onto something. Let us know when you get more
fuel in the tank if the gauge continues to read appropriately. What an easy
fix for a bad fuel gauge, just sub in the guts from a temp gauge !!!
