My 74 Gremlin which I bought new 35 years ago yesterday (25th) is on the road again for a few days for the birthday. Runs good on 5 year old gas. Was last out for her 30th birthday. Seems the trick is to store it with a FULL tank. Must remember to top it up before being put back to bed. Also must remember that first gear is over and down, not over and up like a 4 speed. Have made that mistake a few times today. Rust has really taken it's toll after having been driven for 19 salty Alberta winters. Don't know how many more trips are left in the poor old thing. Been waiting for it to break in half for some time.
