Pedal to the floor? Here's my list: Incorrectly bench-bled master. This can pop a cup backwards requiring a complete disassembly. YOu need to follow the instructions to the letter. Put it in a vise, run air-tight hoses from outlet to resevoir, pump with a screwdriver handle or something slowly with short strokes until EVERY SINGLE MICROSCOPIC BUBBLE is gone. It might take 10, 50, 100 strokes. Can't skip this step! Bad master. It happens. A lot of "new" parts are crap, and rebuilts... if YOU didn't do the work, don't go by what the P.O. says. I ain't sayin' they're liars; but we all mis-remember and who know what was done, the past can't be directly examined. Bad overall system bleed job. Go from furthest-away (usually driver's rear) to closes (driver front). Clean off everything (backing plates, master, lines, etc) with brake cleaner when done. Then you can spot leaks. _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://splatter.wps.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
