OK this is only me, but if I packed a box for plain old UPS, and I could 
not pick it up, I would think it was abundantly obvious that There Will 
Be Problems. The saint/bozo in the brown truck doesn't usually have a 
fork lift on him/her.

UPS policy is one thing, human existence is another.
