I'll keep this short as I seem to have ruffled a few ebay sellers feathers over on the Strokers list :]
The seller/ shipper has started a trace after some prodding on my part.
UPS agent told the seller that they believe progress was halted because of the weight discrepency.
They wieghed it found the overage and billed him, but did not change the labelling causing the next point to not know what to do with it. What would you do with a 169 lb box? yep, me too, shove it out of the way and try and ignore it!
   So it is sitting in the UPS facility, somewhere waiting for clarification, uh, maybe!

I told the seller I was sorry about bugging him and he said he would do the same.

So far, all is good, except for him overpacking the box and screwing up the deal and me not having my toys.
