I'd suggest you put a fume hood over your work area with an exhaust fan to the outside of the shop.  That's the common principal behind baghouses etc. which provide localized remedies for dusty industrial processes.  Another suggestion:  Wear a half face respirator with particulate filter cartridges (not a dust mask).
