Stroke   Engines
3.25"     250, 327, 327 (GEN-1)
3.28"     290, 343 (GEN-2)
3.44"     304, 360 (GEN-3)
3.574"   390
3.68"     401

Rotating assembly balance was achieved externally by use of different 
crank pulleys and flywheels or flexplates.  I would have to look in 
my parts catalog, but I think the cranks are the same between 290/343 
and 304/360.
