I know all about return lines. When I ran mine I decided to run 3/8" both ways so I bought a roll of it. What a PIA. You don't realize how hard it is to find room for 3/8 fule line till you run it! Then do it twice! I wanted it setup so I would not have to think twice about the fuel line, no matter what engine I put in the car later. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, Quadratrc II " Chronic Pain Hurts" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Tom Jennings <tomj@xxxxxxx> > Wrambler242@xxxxxxxxxxx wrote: > > I'd start by checking fuel pressure as to high a pressure will yield the same > results as to large or to many injectors. > > Hmm, new pump, but the return line is home-made, into the junkyard '63 > gas tank.
